Due to the digital/personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide cash refunds for any products purchased through our store.
Exceptions: Digital Gift Cards (Store Credit)
We aim for complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at Crownedwithpurpose425@gmail.com within 5 days of purchase.
If a return request is approved at our discretion, we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Instead, we will issue a digital gift card (store credit) to the email address associated with the original purchase for the value of the returned item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
